Return and Refund Policy for Unreal Apparel

Thank you for shopping with Unreal Apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used
  • Items with missing tags or original packaging
  • Items that have undergone alterations or modifications
  • Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at unrealapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team. Please ensure that the return shipment is adequately insured and traceable.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item(s) are in the same condition as received, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days via the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Rejected Returns

If the returned item(s) do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to reject the return and withhold the refund. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at unrealapparel@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide further instructions on returning or exchanging the item.
